What does a registered agent do?+
Every LLC needs a registered agent: someone with an address on record who receives official mail and legal notices for the business. We list you as your own registered agent, so there's no yearly agent fee. The address you use goes on the public record, so choose the one you're comfortable sharing.
What are state filing fees?+
Every state charges its own fee to form an LLC. That fee is paid separately and isn't part of the $197.
How long does it take?+
About 2 weeks for our part, plus however long your state takes to process the filing.
What do I need to send you?+
Your business name, your address and the owner details. You'll share them right after checkout.
Do I have to use your other services?+
No. Some clients only need their LLC formed. You can add a website, funnel or email management later if you'd like.
Are you a law firm?+
No. We prepare and file business documents and build business systems. We don't give legal or tax advice. For that, talk with an attorney or accountant.
